Report a correction
This is the message we most want to receive. If a price is stale, a link is broken, a boat has been sold, an operator has closed or a review figure looks wrong, send us the page and what you saw. We will re-check the source and update the page.
Please include the page address and, if you can, a link to whatever shows the correct information.
Operators
If you run one of the experiences we cover, you are welcome to write in. We will happily correct anything factual about your operation: pricing, inclusions, capacity, departure points, seasons or safety accreditation.
We will also explain, in detail, how your AE Score was calculated or why your listing carries an Editor's assessment instead. What we will not do is change a ranking in exchange for anything, or remove a competitor. Rankings are computed from public review data and are not for sale, which is the only reason they are worth anything to your future customers.
Partnerships and press
For affiliate and booking-platform partnerships, data licensing, or press enquiries, use the same address and mark your subject line accordingly.
Privacy requests
To ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, write to the same address with "Privacy" in the subject line. Our full policy explains what we collect, which is very little.
